The first step in our process is completing a quick intake form. This helps us get a clear picture of your vision and understand the general scope of your space—even rough measurements are helpful! It also lets us gauge where you are in the planning process so we can better support you and provide a more accurate overview of what your project could look like.

The more details you can share upfront, the better we can tailor our approach to your space. Photos and videos of the area are always encouraged—and if you have inspiration images, we’d love to see those too! It all helps us get a clearer sense of your style and goals from the very beginning.

Once we’ve received your intake form and any other files, our team will schedule a phone call to get to know you better, ask clarifying questions regarding your project and vision, and will provide you with a ballpark estimate for your project design.

Following the discovery call, if you choose to move forward with the project, we’ll collect the design deposit, which will kick-off the drafting phase.

We’ll deliver your first draft design with 7-10 business days. More complex projects might take closer to 10 days.

This could be either an in-person or Zoom call meeting where we’ll discuss the details of the draft design and take note of any revisions you’d like to make to the design.

At this stage, we’ll also present you with a first quote for the installation based on the draft.

We’re happy to fine-tune things to make it just right. We include up to two (2) revisions as part of your design package. Any additional revisions will be charged separately.

Once you're ready to move forward, you'll approve the final design and install quote and submit a 20% deposit to get your project on the schedule.

To keep your deposit safe until work begins, we’ll hold it in an escrow account. It’s our way of protecting your investment and giving you peace of mind as we gear up to bring your outdoor space to life.

We order your materials, get your project on the calendar, and hand everything off to Pete—our Director of Field Operations—who brings your design to life with precision and care.

The day before—or the morning of—installation, Pete will walk the property to make sure everything’s ready to go. He’ll check that the space is ready and then guide the crew so they can hit the ground running.

We’ll always keep you informed with a clear timeline and expected completion date.

On the last morning, we’ll walk the space with you, review everything together, and take care of any final touches the same day.

Once your project is complete, you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining 80%.
