Lawn & Property Maintenance

Our approach to lawn and property maintenance is built around one principle: your landscape should be cared for thoughtfully, at the right time of year, by a team that understands how properties actually function over time.

We don’t offer “quick cuts,” or just reactive cleanups. We manage properties season by season—balancing plant health, aesthetics, and long-term performance—so your landscape looks right and stays healthy.

Whether that means a fully customized Yearly Care Plan or a clearly defined seasonal service, our work is grounded in professional standards, consistent crews, and proactive scheduling—not guesswork or lowest-price bidding.

If you’re looking for hands-off ownership, reliable execution, and a partner who treats your property like an investment, you’re in the right place.

Two Ways We Work With Homeowners

    • Custom, seasonally scheduled care — tailored to your garden's changing needs

    • One comprehensive plan, one trusted partner, year-round support and attention

    • Designed for lasting beauty and long-term landscape health

    • Available selectively

    • Priced individually

    • Best for specific, defined needs

Yearly Care Plans

Our Yearly Care Plans are designed for homeowners who want their property professionally managed year-round, without having to think about what needs to be done, when it should happen, or who to call.

Instead of one-off services, we create a custom, all-inclusive care plan based on your property’s size, layout, plant material, and long-term goals. From there, we schedule visits throughout the year based on seasonal needs—not arbitrary calendars.

Starting Investment

Yearly Care Plans start at $395 per month
for a medium-sized property with standard access conditions.

Important pricing note:
This starting investment reflects a professionally maintained property under typical conditions. Final pricing is determined by lot size, accessibility, scope of services, visit frequency, and seasonal complexity. An on-site assessment is required to ensure accuracy and alignment.

We do not offer negotiation-based pricing.
